Welcome to Mitzy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mitzy application and website (the "Service") operated by Mitzy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Mitzy, you agree to these Terms.
Mitzy is a household management app that surfaces recurring tasks — home maintenance, health visits, vehicle care, financial deadlines, and more — and helps you track and complete them. Mitzy uses AI to suggest tasks, provide guidance, and recommend service providers.
You need an account to use Mitzy. You can sign in with Google or a magic link. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You own your data. We store it to provide the Service. You can delete all your data at any time from Profile → Account → Reset. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Mitzy's AI features — including task suggestions, guidance, and provider recommendations — are generated by Anthropic's Claude and are provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should independently verify any guidance, especially for health, legal, financial, or safety matters. We are not liable for actions you take based on AI-generated content.
Mitzy may suggest local service providers (e.g., plumbers, vets, dentists) using Google Places data and AI-generated descriptions. These are suggestions, not endorsements. We do not vet, guarantee, or take responsibility for any third-party service provider. Always do your own research before hiring.
If you connect your Google Calendar, Mitzy reads your upcoming events to match them with tasks. Mitzy does not create, modify, or delete calendar events. You can revoke calendar access at any time through your Google account settings.
We aim to keep Mitzy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
The Mitzy name, logo, design, and original content are our property. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
Mitzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed deadlines, incomplete tasks, or reliance on AI-generated guidance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
You may stop using Mitzy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but you may delete your data beforehand.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
